ANS: Here are the steps:
1. Find the home page of Finance Division and click on “China Trust”
2. Choose “Student Payment Procedure”
3. Enter School Code You may either type in 8824300356 as the school code or pull the scroll down and choose Taipei County TKU Tuition and Fees; the system will provide the school code and fill it in.
4. Enter your Student ID; then press Check 2
Q2: How do I get the system to send the Tuition and Fees Payment Slip via regular mail to me?
ANS: When you enter TKU, “mailing service” is chosen in the enrollment file by default. The Tuition and Fees Payment Slip is generated by the system and sent via regular mail using the mailing address. Note: Such service is not available for international students. The International students need to ask the Guidance Section to help or get on the website: http://school.ctbcbank.com to make hard copies on their own.

ANS: First semester of a school year a. For new students of Continuing Education, it is sent in late July b. For transferred students and those admitted with interviews, Slips will be enclosed and sent with the Acceptance letters. c. ANS: It is a result of not completing the paying procedure. To fix it, you need to: a. Obtain a late payment slip from Finance Division b. Pay the fees at the Cashier Section. Then you are able to enroll and sign up for courses.

ANS: The following is a list of ways you can choose from: a. Credit Cards b. Wire-Transfer at a bank’s ATM c. Cash at China Trust Bank or Post Office d. Cash at four major convenient stores: Family Mart, 7-11, Hi-Life, and OK mart Note: a. Due date is shown on the slip. b. New students from transfer and Continuing Education programs are requested not to use any credit cards to pay for their first semester in TKU.

ANS: The students are required to pay additional fees for the courses particularly made available for them. The charge for per credit hour is equivalent to the fees of elected courses.
Q9: How much do I need to pay additionally for deferred credits.
ANS: (1) Students are required to pay for the deferred credits and insurance. The charge for per credit hour is equivalent to the fees of elected courses. (2) When the number of credits exceeds 10, students are required to pay full miscellaneous fees required by the subject department and/or graduate institute; otherwise the miscellaneous fees are prorated.
Q10: Why are there tuition adjustments after the semester begins.
ANS: (1) For the students of Continuing Education, two-year college, graduate programs for working professionals, and deferred study, the charges for credits shown on the payment slip are calculated based on optimal scenario in taking courses for the semester. If, after the add/drop week, the actual number of credits taken differs from the one pre-planned, the payment for tuition and fees would vary. So incurs the adjustment.
